How Alex feels ?

Alex is a 15-year-old boy who lives with his parents and his three close friends, Pete, Georgia, and Aptalof, who earn money by participating in gang activities such as robbery, harassment, rape and looting by drinking cannabis milk at night.

Alex talks about himself with pride in all the bullying. Describes what he did as a highly respected professional. But he does not avoid using expressions such as ‘I couldn’t take my ambition’ and ‘I got out of control’. When he is out on the street, he uses youth and all his power over people. That’s how he gets all his anger.

In describing his friends, he mentions that he is the most intelligent and capable of them. In describing his friend named Aptalof, he always uses humiliating expressions. He tells that he is really stupid, he is incompetent and he talks about messing up all the things. Within this gang structure, Alex does not see himself as the leader of the gang, although he does not have a manager-managed relationship.

Alex thinks that everyone but him and his friends are useless. The middle-aged speaks of bourgeois with hatred and thinks they are parasitic.

In the first part of the book, Alex tells about the events that happened in their heads, and he talks about himself as ‘your noble Alex’, ‘your handsome brother’.

He thinks the society in him is dying.

During his time at home, he describes his room and clothes as a very elite gentleman.

He certainly does not see himself as involved in any crime. He had previously been in a juvenile prison, but continued to commit various crimes at night, sometimes in the streets, where no one saw him.

Because the people they attacked have no power to react, or because they are so afraid of Alex’s gang and similar gangs, all attacks eventually run away and fear.

Alex listens to classical music, which, as we understand it, is very popular with music. He has records at home and he goes to another world while listening to music.

He has no close relationship with his family. We can only understand that he doesn’t like the parenting of his family.

All of Alex’s feelings will be changed when one of these attacks is left alone by his fellow gang members and goes to jail.

He begins to speak of himself as your ‘poor Alex’, your ‘helpless brother’.

We think that he slowly learned the lessons of his suffering during his tortures in prison and realized his mistakes / offenses, but from time to time he reflects his anger and says, ‘I’ll kill them all, I’ll kill them, I’ll ruin them,’ and return to their old life.

In prison, Alex is chosen as the first test subject of a new treatment method, and he is forced to watch scenes full of blood and violence. While watching these images, the cables that are claimed to receive the signals in his brain are connected to him. However, although Alex has committed similar crimes, his eyes, headaches and nausea are watching these images. This method continues for days. When the treatment is over, Alex finds himself completely changed.

Now, when he thinks about beating, killing or rape someone, he feels sick as he watches those images and feels very bad. When he feels this bad after every attack he thinks, he thinks of goodness and starts to feel good. In other words, his senses are being controlled by another system that is out of his control.

This continues after Alex gets out of jail. He is also persecuted by anti-management people who know this. They want to show that the method doesn’t work and force him to commit suicide. After this incident, Alex returned to the same attacks and makes the same attacks.

He receives similar pleasure but now feels old and tired.

Towards the end of the book, his feelings change positively. In our present age, it becomes human, which is defined as normal in our network. The way she looks at women is changing. Seeing his old gang mate married, happy and peaceful, he decides to look for peace and ends the story by explaining that he will continue the story alone.
